In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), personal data shared with Efeniks İnşaat Anonim Şirketi can be processed by obtaining, recording, storing, modifying, re-arranging in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically, provided that it is a part of any data recording system.
